What You'll Be Doing:

• Quoting, booking, and managing all aspects of truckload shipments
• Proactively prospecting, cold calling, and growing customer accounts
• Building strong relationships with customers and carriers
• Responding quickly to rate requests and sourcing carrier capacity
• Preparing pricing options and handling RFQs
• Negotiating with both customers and carriers
• Managing account metrics and ensuring service expectations are met
• Collaborating with team members across departments to resolve issues
• Researching and onboarding carriers for additional capacity
• Developing and executing customer-specific SOPs
• Identifying opportunities to enhance margin and automate workflow

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus
• 1+ years of brokerage sales or 3+ years in logistics/supply chain
• Strong negotiation, time management, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) is a plus
• Basic understanding of pricing, profit margin, truck capacity, and transit times
• Strong math and analytical skills

Bonus Experience:

• Backgrounds in problem-solving roles (even outside logistics!)
• Experience helping others and creating "wow" moments
